Processing & Delivery Times

Most items ship within 3 days of your order being placed.

Made-to-order pieces — like our boots — are handcrafted after you order, so please allow up to two weeks for those. If your order includes a mix of both, each item ships (and tracks) separately, so you'll get notified as soon as anything is on its way.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is included on orders over $125. Orders under that qualify for standard shipping rates, calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check order status anytime through the link in your order confirmation email.

Delays

While we do everything we can to hit these timelines, production and carrier delays can occasionally push delivery past the estimate above. If your order is running late, reach out to us at [contact email] and we'll look into it.
