Refund & Return Policy
You must contact us at info@preservepress.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, the reason for the return, and photos if applicable. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
All returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged. A second return on the same order is not accepted.
Boots
Non-defect returns are eligible for store credit, minus a $10 restocking fee. Items with a manufacturing defect are eligible for a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return once it's received.
Apparel
Eligible items are refunded to your original payment method. Sale and clearance apparel is final sale.
Jewelry & Accessories
Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. Sale and clearance jewelry and accessories are final sale. All other eligible items are refunded to your original payment method or store credit, your choice.
